SERVICE TO ARBITRATOR
- Secretarial or clerical assistance to the arbitral tribunal
- Telephone conference and videoconference facilities
- Facilities to enable transcripts of hearings to be made
- Obtaining certified copies of awards
- Translation of awards
- Handling and management of arbitration files
- Proofreading and citation checking of draft procedural orders and awards
- Assisting the arbitral tribunal to establish the date, time and place of hearings, and giving such advance notice thereof to the parties as the tribunal determines
- Making all necessary practical arrangements and providing logistical support for meetings and hearings
- IT infrastructure for meetings and hearings, and Complete office support and services from Aula Regis
- Making meeting rooms available for arbitral proceedings
